We are committed to delivering your custom-printed products in a timely manner. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the product, quantity, and your location.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after production is complete.
  • Production time varies by product and is specified on each product page.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photo evidence of the damage or defect. If the claim is verified, we will reprint and ship the affected items at no additional cost to you.

Design Errors

We are not responsible for errors in the design files you upload, including but not limited to, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, low-resolution images, or design layout errors. Please double-check your design proofs carefully before finalizing your order.
